Wendy joined Daly Family Law in August of 2018 as a Paralegal. She earned her Associates Degree in Paralegal Technology from Davidson County Community College in 1993. Wendy has worked as a Paralegal for 24 years. In her role as a Paralegal, Wendy assists in the preparation and review of pleadings, motions, discovery, and other documents. She communicates frequently with clients to inform them of the status of their matter and assists in answering client questions. Wendy's favorite part of her role as a Paralegal is client interaction.

Terri joined Daly Family Law Firm in 2009 as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal. In her role as a Paralegal, Terri meets with clients to review and sign motions and pleadings. She assists in the financial aspects of our guardianship matters in preparing annual accountings to the Clerk of Court and handling other financial matters for our guardianship clients. In her role as Office Manager, Terri is generally the first point of contact for clients contacting our office. She strives to schedule appointments for clients as quickly as possible and to make clients feel more comfortable in what is, for many of them, their first experience meeting with an attorney. Terri also assists Ms. Daly in the financial management of the firm.
Torrey is originally from West Michigan and attended Albion College, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. From there she went on to graduate from the University of Denver in Colorado, earning her Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology, which focused on the interaction between the field of psychology and the legal system. She then decided to pursue a career in the legal field and moved to North Carolina to earn her law degree. While at Charlotte School of Law, she worked with various aspects of the law and graduated in 2014. Torrey's focus and desire to work in family law continually grew, and she joined Daly Family Law to devote her law practice to the area of domestic law.

Judith Daly received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Elmhurst College in Illinois. Prior to entering law school, she was the administrative vice president of a chain of twelve retail hardware/home center stores in the Chicago suburbs. She was later employed as director of administration for several large law firms in Chicago. After notification of a scholarship award to DePaul College of Law in Chicago, she enrolled, received her law degree, and relocated to North Carolina to open the practice in 2006. In 2011, after devoting her entire practice to family law, she obtained certification from the North Carolina State Bar as a Certified Family Law Specialist. She regularly enrolls in continuing education to maintain her certification. She represents clients in all aspects of family law and is a member of the Family Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association.

Meg is originally from Raleigh and after graduating high school at Saint Mary’s School there, attended Sewanee: The University of the South in Tennessee. She earned a B.A. in Classical Languages, concentrating in Latin. After working several years in property management, she returned to law school and attended North Carolina Central School of Law, graduating cum laude. While in law school, Meg participated in many extracurricular activities and interned as a clerk at the North Carolina Court of Appeals, Wake Family Court, and Baddour, Parker & Hine. She was an editor at the North Carolina Central Law Review and took cases as a student attorney with the NCCU Legal Clinical Program in both the Family Law Clinic and Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic. Meg joined Daly Family Law Firm in order to devote her time to practicing family law.
Eric Baker, a native of High Point, joined Daly Family Law in 2018. Eric attended Roanoke College and earned a B.A. in Political Science. He then graduated from Elon University School of Law, where he participated in the Business Law Association and the university's tax clinic. Additionally, he obtained a Masters of Business Administration from Elon University and is a member of the academic fraternity Sigma Iota Epsilon. Eric practices in the areas of estate administration, estate planning, and transactional services.

Sara joined Daly Family Law in 2018 as a Paralegal to Judith Daly. She earned her A.A.S. in Paralegal Technology from Central Piedmont Community College in 2017 and her B.S. in Network and Communications Management from DeVry University in 2014. In her role as a Paralegal, Sara assists in the preparation and review of pleadings, motions, discovery, and other documents. Sara communicates frequently with clients to inform them of the status of their matter and assists in answering client questions. Sara served in the United States Army for 8 years, where she worked in the information and technology field prior to becoming a paralegal. Upon successfully passing the North Carolina State Bar Paralegal Exam in April of 2018, Sara was awarded the designation of North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal.
